The consolidated business figure of the company led by Javier Villanueva reached 88.05 million euros at the end of 2025, a decrease of 7.43% compared to the 95.1 million recorded in 2024. This decline is mainly explained by the cessation of management of 8 hotels after the sale of the properties to a third party.

The gross operating result (Ebitda) stood at 9.2 million euros, which represents an 8.91% decrease compared to the 10.1 million euros of positive Ebitda recorded in 2024.

In parallel, the equity position of the Basque hotelier has strengthened significantly. The consolidated net worth of Hoteles Silken reached 26.70 million euros at the end of 2025, an increase of 22.74% compared to the 21.75 million from the previous year.

Regarding financial indebtedness, obligations to credit institutions and other financial liabilities were reduced to 17 million euros at the end of the year, compared to 18.2 million euros in 2024, which implies a debt amortization of 1.2 million during the fiscal year. As of December 31, 2025, cash and other liquid assets total 18.7 million euros, compared to 11.4 million euros from the previous year.

The group continues to have a significant weight in employment in the sector. In consolidated terms, the average workforce of the chain stands at 794 permanent workers.

As of December 31, 2025, the Group managed 31 hotels and 2 spas, with an average daily management of 3,159 rooms throughout the fiscal year. Of the establishments operated as of that date, 10 are joint venture hotels distributed across various locations in the national territory.
