The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has communicated this Wednesday new warnings regarding 11 entities that do not have the mandatory authorization from the Italian financial supervisor.
Specifically, the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange (Consob) has pointed out "MibInvestCFD ('mibinvestcfd.com'), Omenyxgroup ('omenyxgroup.com'), Nexus AI Group Limited ('nexusaigrouplimited.io'), Pendoxa ('pendoxa.com'), Novate-CFD ('novate-cfd.com'), Orvelin Invest ('orvelin-invest.org'), Credessa ('credessa-it.net'), KCapital ('kcapital.net'), TraderEurope ('webtrader.web-tradereurope.com'), Zelvaris Group ('zelvarisgroup.ltd'), Capital Liquidity ('capital-liquidity.com') and Wealth Trade Capital ('wealth-trade.capital')".
The CNMV has emphasized that warnings issued by foreign supervisors within the European scope can be consulted on its website, both in the section on warnings about unauthorized entities and in the section on other types of notices.
