The Swiss bank UBS has once again made movements in Indra's capital, this time cutting its stake below 3% from the 4.6% it held last Friday, according to the records of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) consulted by Europa Press.
Currently, UBS's presence in Indra's shareholding stands at 2.62%, divided between voting rights directly linked to shares (0.552%) and voting rights associated with financial instruments (2.068%).
After consolidating its position, UBS now controls 4.6 million Indra shares which, at their current market price — around 52.1 euros per share at approximately 4:30 p.m. this Monday —, represent an approximate value of 240 million euros.
UBS's stake in Indra has fluctuated from the 3.171% it registered at the beginning of 2026 to the current 2.62%, a figure that remains far from the maximum reached in 2025, when the Swiss bank came to control 8.214% of the technology company's capital.
In parallel, Indra's shares have accumulated a revaluation of 7.29% since the beginning of 2026, with a rise of 39.63% in the last year.
This adjustment in UBS's position comes after the Spanish company held its general shareholders' meeting last Tuesday, the first under the new management, with CEO Josep Maria Recasens and non-executive chairman Ángel Simón, who were ratified by the shareholders.
