The plenary session of the Parliament this Tuesday will set its position regarding the expansion of the Eivissa airport promoted by Aena and will debate the possible creation of a specific interprofessional minimum wage (SMI) for the Balearic Islands.

The parliamentary session will begin at 10:00 AM with the usual round of control to the Government and will conclude with these two issues included in the agenda through two non-law proposals (PNL) registered by PP and MÉS per Mallorca, respectively.

The first issue of the morning will be raised by the PSIB deputy Verónica Llufriu and will focus on the conservation of the housing stock. In this same matter, the MÉS per Mallorca deputy Ferran Rosa, the socialist Mercedes Garrido, and the PSIB spokesperson in the Parliament, Iago Negueruela, will also speak, who will ask the President of the Government, Marga Prohens, a question about housing acquisition.

In turn, the Vox deputy Patricia de las Heras will address the residential problem from another angle by inquiring about the "vulnerability of squatters."

Education will also have a relevant weight in the debate to clarify the future of Ceipieem Son Serra, where the educational community recently mobilized to demand a new center, as well as the situation of the collective of educators from the 'escoletes'. These issues will be raised by PSIB deputies Malena Riudavets and Amanda Fernández, and later an interpellation on this matter promoted by the Mixed Group will be developed.

Health and tourism will also be on the table to analyze the care received by patients from the Eivissa and Formentera Health Area —at the initiative of PSIB deputy Irantzu Fernández— and the measures the Government is studying to contain tourist flows, an issue that will be presented by the MÉS per Mallorca spokesperson, Lluís Apesteguia.

Coastal management will enter the parliamentary debate through the intervention of deputy Pilar Carbonero, who will convey her doubts about the Cala'n Bosch concession, and the Mixed Group deputy Llorenç Córdoba, who will ask about the delimitation of the coastal area.

Mobility will take up a good part of the discussion, as Vox deputy Sergio Rodríguez will question the payment of the road agreement and, subsequently, a motion from the PSIB will be put to a vote, in addition to the appearance of the Minister of Housing, Territory and Mobility, José Luis Mateo.

Among other matters to be discussed in the session are the state of public services, the recent approval of last week's omnibus bill, and the journalistic criteria applied at IB3.
