A new flight from the American city of Miami, with 147 Venezuelans on board, arrived this Monday in Venezuela as part of the government program known as "Gran Misión Vuelta a la Patria".

"Flight 165 from Miami, Florida, landed with 147 compatriots: 132 men, 15 women, all ready to start a new stage in their beloved homeland," the mentioned mission announced on social media.

The plane, sent from the United States, landed at the General José Antonio Anzoátegui International Airport, located in the city of Barcelona, in the northeast of the country, "following all necessary protocols to ensure a happy reunion" in Venezuela. Venezuelan authorities have emphasized that the reception operation was carried out "with dignity".

On June 24, another flight from the same North American city had already arrived at the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, in the center of the country, in which 164 people returned, of whom 120 were men, 19 women, five boys, and two girls.
