The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has criticized European leaders this Saturday for having authorized the entry into their territories of what he has described as "Third World criminals," alluding to the immigrants who have arrived on the continent in recent years.

In a message disseminated on his social networks, Trump has assured that "Europe is learning that when you let in Third World criminals, you become a Third World country," making clear his rejection of the immigration policies applied by several European governments.

The president has also emphasized that "It happens quickly. In the blink of an eye. I was elected just in time!", once again linking his words to his strategy of toughening and closing borders against immigration.

In another earlier post on the same platform, Trump has also lashed out at the Democratic Party, his main political rival in the United States. In that message, he asked, "Have you ever seen a happy Democrat?", using the term 'dumocrat', a play on words combining democrat with 'dumb', with which he intended to ridicule his adversaries.
