The Deputy Secretary of Sectoral Coordination of the PP, Alma Ezcurra, has reiterated that the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, already offered the "appropriate explanations" about the penthouse that the region bought and subsequently sold, and has criticized the "extraordinary coordination" with which, in her opinion, several ministers of the Government of Pedro Sánchez have engaged in this controversy.
"If someone thinks they need to give more explanations, then let them ask for them, and I am sure they will," Ezcurra pointed out in statements to 'La Sexta', collected by Europa Press. In that same intervention, she emphasized that, as the party's person in charge of Migration, she is following the crisis in Ceuta with greater attention. "For the PP, the explanations have been given," she insisted.
The 'popular' leader has focused on the "moment when this information was made public" and on "the extraordinary coordination that some ministers of the Government of Spain," who "do enjoy public housing," have displayed "when it comes to denouncing this issue."
In this line, she wished "hopefully this coordination to resolve some relevant crises that are currently occurring in Spain," referring to the wildfires that have hit different areas of the country and to the massive entry of illegal migrants in Ceuta.
Finally, Ezcurra emphasized that the Community of Madrid is currently "absolutely focused on the reconstruction" of the areas of the region that have been "brutally devastated by the fire."
