Much has been speculated in recent days about the wealth of Ferran Torres, the forward of the Spanish national team who gave La Roja its second World Cup with a spectacular goal in extra time against Argentina on July 19. Rumors hover over a supposed company dedicated to "speculating" with housing, as accused this week by the spokesperson for Housing of Sumar in Congress, Alberto Ibáñez, although the reality is somewhat more complex.
The Spanish international from FC Barcelona has built in recent years a business structure focused on real estate investment through Eleven Future Invest S.L., a company based in Museros (Valencia) that concentrates a good part of his wealth and from which he manages the purchase, renovation, rental, and sale of properties.
The company, created at the end of 2022, has experienced rapid growth. After several capital increases, its share capital already reaches 7,660,176 euros, consolidating itself as the main investment vehicle of the Valencian footballer.
From this company, Ferran Torres has indeed built a portfolio made up of more than twenty properties, mainly distributed between the Valencian Community and Catalonia.
However, there is disagreement about the exact composition of those assets. While some reports speak of around twenty homes, other publications claim that a large part of the wealth corresponds to offices, commercial premises, or parking spaces, so the number of homes would be significantly lower.
The company has been managed since the end of 2025 by both the footballer himself and his sister, Arantxa Torres, who participates in the management of the investments while Ferran maintains his sports career.
Sumar accuses the footballer of "speculating"
The real estate activity of the forward reached Congress when Alberto Ibáñez publicly pointed to Eleven Future during an appearance to defend new measures aimed at limiting the purchase of properties by asset management companies.
The deputy stated in the Cortes that Ferran Torres's company owns "20 homes in Valencia to speculate" with the residential market and used the case to justify his party's proposal to prevent companies and investment funds from continuing to acquire homes for speculative purposes.
50 offices for small and medium-sized enterprises
Although it initially emerged that his company accumulated around twenty homes, the journalist from El Español David Valero has assured this week on Cuatro's program 'En boca de todos', after consulting sources from the player's environment, that the main asset of Eleven Future is actually a block of around 50 offices in Valencia intended for rent to small and medium-sized enterprises, and not a portfolio of 20 homes.
Everything, despite the fact that the aforementioned media initially joined the reports that focused the footballer's wealth on that twenty houses.
In addition to those offices, Ferran Torres owns a home in Gavà (Barcelona), where he currently resides, two other homes in the Valencian Community intended for personal use and a plot of land on which he plans to develop a future construction, according to the same reports.
Investments beyond real estate
The forward's wealth is not limited to the real estate sector. Ferran Torres has also invested in iNuba, a Spanish company specialized in artificial intelligence applied to nutrition, health, and body analysis through three-dimensional technology.
In addition, he has the Ferran Torres Campus, a project that he organizes in his hometown, Foios, aimed at training young footballers and with a social component aimed at promoting inclusion through sport.
Moreover, he maintains commercial agreements with the sports brand Under Armour, a source of income that is expected to increase after becoming one of the main protagonists of the World Cup won by Spain.

The victory of the Spanish national team will also have a significant economic impact for the players.
The FIFA will deliver to the Royal Spanish Football Federation around 44 million euros for winning the World Cup. Of that amount, approximately 45% will be distributed among the national team players.
According to estimates, each international player will receive about 760,000 euros gross, an amount that, after the applicable tax withholdings in Spain, would be around 400,000 euros net.
While his sports and commercial valuation continues to grow after scoring the most important goal of his career, Ferran Torres also faces an unexpected media spotlight on his wealth and investment strategy, which has now become a subject of political debate.
