The Secretary of Organization of the PSOE of Castilla-La Mancha, Sergio Gutiérrez, has reiterated that actions against illegal occupation are "state competence" and has criticized that the regional president of the PP, Paco Núñez, claims to "be able to solve" a problem over which, he emphasizes, "he has no competencies".
Gutiérrez has expressed this way on his X profile, where he reacted to the interview granted by Núñez to Europa Press, released this Monday, in which the 'popular' leader announced his intention to again bring his law proposal against occupation to the regional Cortes in September, which was rejected in 2020.
The socialist Organization head has emphasized that the regulations on measures against illegal occupation "are already being processed in the Congress of Deputies, one of them proposed by the PP and another sent to the Government by the Cortes of Castilla-La Mancha".
For Gutiérrez, this approach by Núñez "is one more proof" of his "political level": "He proposes what is already proposed, debates what has already been debated, even disagrees on what we already agree on, even claims to solve what he has no competencies over".
"He is the worst leader the PP has had in Castilla-La Mancha," the socialist leader has emphasized.
