The general secretary of the PSOE of Castilla y León, Carlos Martínez, has lashed out against the agreement reached between the Popular Party and Vox, considering that both formations "have divided up the seats of Castilla y León and of the autonomous Executive" and has shown his concern about the "fine print" of the pact.

Martínez has warned that this "division" could "sweep away" advances in equality between men and women, as well as in labor rights, union freedom, and in policies aimed at the agricultural sector "which they defend so much and do the opposite".

These statements were made during the presentation in Soria of the 'List Extension Plan' for the 2027 municipal elections, an event in which he insisted on the lack of transparency of the agreement. According to what he pointed out, the pact includes ministries for Vox, in addition to the vice-presidency, and introduces the concept of 'national priority', following the line of the agreements signed by both parties in Extremadura and Aragón.

The socialist leader has indicated that "it seems that white smoke has been given" to the agreement between Feijó and Abascal, so he has expressed his desire that this same week "the date of the investiture session will be known".

At the same time, he has lamented that a "caretaker government that does not assume any responsibility" is maintained, recalling that "six months have already passed without accountability".
