The alleged perpetrator of the shooting that occurred in El Ejido (Almería), in which two people have died and four others have been seriously injured, has surrendered to the Civil Guard, according to investigation sources.
The same sources indicate that the two deceased would be the parents of the suspect, while among the injured would be his minor son, his partner, and other relatives, pending definitive official confirmation of identities and relationships.
The incident occurred during the night in the El Canalillo area, near Balanegra, after emergency services received the first calls around 11:15 p.m.
Investigation open
Civil Guard officers, including agents from specialized units, as well as medical teams who treated the victims for gunshot wounds, were dispatched to the scene.
Initially, the alleged perpetrator remained at large, although he later reportedly surrendered voluntarily, according to information known so far.
The investigation remains open to clarify the exact circumstances of the shooting and officially confirm all aspects related to the case.
