"Our ambition is to lead digital insurance in Europe. Generative AI is transforming how customers interact with brands, and we are applying it responsibly to improve transparency and decision-making. This initiative reinforces our digital distribution strategy and consolidates our leadership in innovation," stated the CEO of Allianz Direct, Philipp Kroetz.
By using this artificial intelligence conversational assistant, interested users will be able to obtain "indicative prices" based on the pricing and underwriting rules applied by the insurer.
If the customer opts for one of the proposals, the process continues on the official website of Allianz Direct Spain, where the quote is completed and the policy is formalized, thus ensuring strict compliance with current regulations, as detailed by the entity.
