Ávoris has formalized the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Atrápalo after the definitive signing of the purchase contract, once the mandatory authorization from the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC) was obtained.
With this transaction, the group consolidates its position in the field of digital tourism distribution and strengthens its presence in the direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales business.
The integration of Atrápalo will allow Ávoris to enhance its proposal in online distribution and marketing, optimize inventory management, boost technological development, and deepen customer knowledge, in addition to expanding its portfolio of products and services. The operation also reinforces its commitment to the segment of tickets, activities, and leisure experiences, in which the group was already operating through Welcometickets.
At the same time, Ávoris will accelerate its international expansion strategy thanks to Atrápalo's presence in Spain and in various Latin American markets, including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. The group expects that the integration will combine Ávoris's industrial and commercial capacity with Atrápalo's digital positioning to drive growth and adapt to the transformation of the tourism market and the new consumption patterns marked by artificial intelligence.
The executive president of Ávoris, Vicente Fenollar, has emphasized that the operation strengthens the group's capacity to grow and innovate, while the general director, Juan Carlos González, has pointed out that the integration will be carried out respecting Atrápalo's identity and leveraging the strengths of both companies.
For his part, the director of Atrápalo, Luis Alonso, has stated that the operation opens a new stage of growth for the platform after more than two decades of activity.
