Banca March has reinforced its co-investment proposal in 'private equity' with the launch of "March PE Global IV", the fourth installment of its international 'private equity' fund of funds program, as the entity has communicated.
This new vehicle aims to raise 300 million euros, of which the Banca March Group will contribute 20%, and will allow participants to finance up to 50% of the planned capital disbursements.
The investment of the fund of funds will be entirely international, with special attention to the markets of the United States and Europe, through vehicles specialized in the 'middle market' segment and in sectors such as technology, health, services, or energy transition.
In addition, the fees of "March PE Global IV" will be applied on the capital effectively disbursed, and not on the committed capital, during the portfolio construction phase.
The three previous editions managed to raise more than 960 million euros and currently total 39 underlying funds, with investments in more than 400 private companies.
