Inmho and LDC Group, specialized in property management, asset management, and rentals in Spain and Portugal, have concluded their integration process to operate as a single business structure across the Iberian Peninsula, with a projected combined revenue of 93.8 million euros in 2025.

The resulting organization has a workforce of 2,500 professionals and serves nearly one million clients, managing around 24,000 homeowners' communities and 11,000 rental homes across the Iberian market, as both companies detailed in a statement.

In the case of Spain, Inmho closed the 2025 fiscal year with recurring revenues of 63.8 million euros, representing a 63% increase compared to the previous year. The company consolidated its position in Andalusia with Crefincas, in Catalonia with Fincas Layes, and in Euskadi with Etxaniz, Bardaji, and Onlan, in addition to launching new offices in Barcelona and Bilbao and integrating Tranquiler, an operation with which it surpassed the threshold of 10,000 rental homes under management.

Meanwhile, LDC's activity in Portugal contributed 30 million euros in revenue in 2025, with 8,500 managed condominiums after completing more than 70 acquisitions throughout the year.

The group completes its global portfolio with the management of short and long-term rentals and vacation rentals, covering 10,800 homes in Spain and 200 in Portugal.

Both companies will retain their brands, office networks, and local teams, while sharing technology and developing joint projects to accelerate their growth.
