The Board of Directors of Logista Integral has communicated this Thursday that it has accepted the resignation presented by Kevin Massie as a member of its board, a decision that will take effect from today, as it has notified the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Until now, Massie held the position of non-executive director, as he acted on behalf of Imperial Brands Plc within the company's governing body, a group that is listed as the indirect majority shareholder of the company.
The entity has wanted to thank Kevin Massie, who was appointed non-executive director on September 1, 2025, for the services rendered during this time in which he has been a director of the company.
