Lazard Asset Management (AM) has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Chris Bricker as head of corporate development and Theodore P. Enders as chief product officer, with the aim of continuing to accelerate the strategic growth of the manager, according to the firm.
Bricker will assume responsibility for corporate development and the strategic growth agenda of Lazard AM, reporting directly to the company's CEO, Chris Hogbin.
The new executive comes to Lazard AM from AllianceBernstein, where he held the position of director of corporate development and was part of the operating committee after more than thirty years of experience at the entity.
Previously, he was in charge of the listed alternative assets business at AllianceBernstein and led both the product strategy and the mergers and acquisitions area.
Enders, for his part, will be at the forefront of Lazard AM's global product strategy and will be responsible for defining the evolution of the firm's product platform across its investment strategies, vehicles, client channels, and markets. In his case, he will report to the firm's chief operating officer, Rosalie Berman.
The executive comes from Goldman Sachs, where he has served as managing director at Goldman Sachs AM for more than two decades, after having held the position of director of investments and the role of global head of product development, leading an international team.
