The president of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has applauded this Tuesday that Social Security has surpassed for the first time the barrier of 22.5 million affiliates on average, while registered unemployment is at the lowest level for a month of July since 2007.
In a message disseminated on his X profile, Sánchez emphasized that "For the first time in July, Spain surpasses the record of 22.5 million affiliated people. And unemployment is at the lowest figure for this month since 2007."
The head of the Executive added that the pace of job creation "is accelerating" and that its quality "is improving in all age groups and professional activities." With this, he wanted to highlight the recent evolution of the labor market and the social protection system.
