The Justice of the United Kingdom has decided this Tuesday to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Prince Harry of England against Associated Newspapers, the group owner of the newspaper 'Daily Mail', concluding that the accusation has not provided sufficient evidence to prove the alleged irregular phone tapping.
According to a British court, no solid indications have been found that these media obtained private information through illicit practices continuously for years, according to data released by 'The Guardian' newspaper.
The youngest son of King Charles III maintained that the publisher had made "clear, systematic and continuous use of illegal information gathering" for at least twenty years, a complaint to which other prominent figures in British public life had adhered.
However, the defense of Associated Newspapers has described these accusations as "scandalous" and "absurd," and has insisted that the published information came "legitimately" from official statements, previous publications, or the social environment of celebrities, known for frequent leaks.
