The Economic and Technical Division of the National Police Corps has launched a public competition for the supply of three secured buses, with an estimated budget of 1,159,000 euros. These vehicles are intended for the "transport of foreigners" to the General Directorate of the Police and have co-financing from European funds, as stated in the BOE.
The contract is structured in two differentiated lots: the first includes the acquisition of two large-capacity secured buses and the second includes a medium-sized bus, also secured.
The selection of the awarded company will be made based on two parameters: the offered price, which will have a weight of 90%, and the extension of the warranty period, which will represent the remaining 10%. A single bidder may be awarded both lots and the execution period of the contract will be 210 days.
This tender is part of a project funded by European funds, specifically charged to the European Migration and Asylum Pact Program (PEMA), linked to the Financial Support Instrument for Border Management and Visa Policy (IGFV).
Interested companies may submit their proposals electronically until 12:00 hours on September 1, through the Public Sector Contracting Platform.
The opening of the economic offers is scheduled for September 10 at the headquarters of the Economic and Technical Division in Madrid.
