Two immigrants who accessed Ceuta on July 30 and 31 have been arrested in recent hours as alleged responsible for an attempted assault on another underage Moroccan immigrant. The young woman had already suffered a similar incident on Friday, according to police sources regarding what happened at the Trampolín beach.
The minor, who refuses to be referred to reception centers, has been summoned to appear on the morning of this Sunday before the Prosecutor's Office to confirm or not her complaint.
According to health sources, the medical report does not indicate that the sexual assault was consummated.
The minor will remain tonight in a resource of the Autonomous City awaiting to be brought before the court, while the two arrested are over 18 years old.
