The President of Cantabria, María José Sáenz de Buruaga (PP), will attend this Monday, 9 November, the regional Parliament at the initiative of the PRC to detail the Executive’s support for the regional declaration of interest of the project “Bosques de Santander” and its processing as a Project of Singular Regional Interest (PSIR). In the same appearance, she will provide information on the changes introduced in the ministries of the Presidency and Tourism.
The plenary session will begin at 10.00 hours and in it “José Luis Blanco Fomperosa will take possession of his certificate as a new deputy of the ‘Popular’ Parliamentary Group after Gema Igual’s resignation, who leaves her seat to run as a candidate for the Senate”.
The agenda includes, first, a motion by Vox relating to the reception of unaccompanied foreign minors, followed by another initiative by the PRC focused on youth policies.
Likewise, the PP will take a non-legislative proposal (PNL) to the Plenary for “the ratification of the resolutions approved by the Chamber on regional funding,” while the Regionalist Group will promote another initiative in which it requests that the cultural, educational, social and heritage interest of the Multiuse Cultural Centre Ágora de Castro Urdiales be recognized.
The PSOE, for its part, will demand that the municipalities that have asked to be declared a housing tension zone be attended to, and Vox will defend a PNL in which it requires “compliance with the industrial strategic plan”.
After the initiatives to drive the Executive, Buruaga will address the Plenary to detail “the changes in the Executive” and to report on the institutional support for the project “Bosques de Santander”.
Subsequently, the hemicycle will take up three interpellations: the Socialist Group will ask about “the management of the MOVIVA Plan”; the PRC, about “the fiscal measures,” and Vox, about “the situation of care for dependency”.
The parliamentary day will conclude with the block of oral questions. It will open with a question from the PRC about “home help” and another about the actions put in place to encourage “inclusive leisure for young people with intellectual disabilities”.
Vox will direct several questions to the regional Government about “the aid to livestock holdings affected by drought” and about the measures of “health prevention”.
