The crisis of a basic necessity activity, with little available personnel. The Official Talent Provider of the largest network of offices in Spain is looking to train new professionals to fill vacancies
EDASE, School of Advisors launches 100 scholarships of up to 100% in the 6th Edition of the Talent Recruitment Days, in order to train candidates and cover the increase in demand for professionals, within the national network of advisory and office firms.
EDASE, specialized in staff qualification in the field of administration and business consulting, is the Official Talent Provider for large firms in the professional office sector in Spain, such as Ayuda T Pymes, Infoautónomos, ETL Global, Amado Consultores, and Openges, among others.
Any person interested in preparing, acquiring demonstrable experience, and working as an advisor can register at no cost. The Talent Recruitment Days will be held from August 24 to 26. This is also the only time of the year when access to EDASE training is offered under exceptional price conditions, thanks to the scholarship system.
In Spain, more than 146,000 advisory and professional offices operate, according to the Advisory Barometer 2026, which serve the 3 million registered businesses in Figures SME (Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism). In this context, 57% of offices acknowledge difficulties in attracting qualified professionals.
"Our network of collaborators in search of personnel grows every year. The abundance of clients becomes a problem if the offices do not have professionals to provide their services," says EDASE CEO, Carmen Moreno. "To expand our pool of candidates, each year we open a single call in which those looking to enter the profession can train from 0 €, enjoying the best conditions of the year. Outside of the Talent Recruitment Days, those conditions are not repeated," adds Moreno.
The sector is experiencing a moment of growth and transformation. The activity of advisory firms has consolidated as essential, while the digitalization of processes and administrations has skyrocketed the need for qualified professionals, capable of navigating this new environment. This, combined with the generational gap and the lack of knowledge about the profession, complicates and increases competition among offices when hiring.
For this reason, starting on Monday, August 24, the teachers of La Escuela de Asesores will hold three live sessions to bring the profession of advisor closer to the participants for free. Candidates will be able to discover what daily work in an office is like and learn about its functions. Interested parties will access a scholarship position, linked to the selection process of major firms in the sector.
"We work hand in hand with the main advisory firms and offices in Spain. We know their needs and what they look for when hiring. That is our focus. We teach our people to work. The professionals who go through La Escuela acquire the skills that conventional training does not cover," concluded Carmen Moreno.
