The Spanish hotel group Fuerte Group has officially announced the launch of the Amàre Cancún Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Curio by Hilton, a beachfront complex with 429 suites located in the Hotel Zone of Cancún (Mexico).
This opening represents the group’s first accommodation outside Spanish territory, its debut in the all-inclusive resort model, and at the same time the rollout of the Curio Collection by Hilton brand in this Mexican tourist enclave.
The establishment, whose ownership and management fall under Fuerte Group, is operated under a commercial alliance with the multinational Hilton. The resort is located in Playa Langosta (Km 4.5 of Boulevard Kukulcán), a bay sheltered from the impact of sargassum and about 30 minutes from the Cancún International Airport.
The complex’s food and beverage offering is backed by chefs awarded Michelin stars. Chef Mauricio Giovanini leads the Hayaca restaurant, specializing in Latin American and Mediterranean fusion cuisine, while Jordi Cantó signs the culinary offering of Vita, Blanc and the exclusive space La Cava.
The cocktail menu is handled by mixologist Diego Cabrera, and the resort’s musical direction is led by the Ibiza-based DJ Anna Tur.
As for spaces and services, the complex has seven restaurants, two 360-degree rooftops with infinity pools, the Spa by Germaine de Capuccini area, and nearly 1,000 square meters devoted to the organization of events and conventions.
In addition, the resort offers the premium concept The One, a differentiated service found in 111 of its superior-category suites.
