Goldman Sachs has reduced its stake in the capital of eDreams Odigeo, going from 10.106% to 9.181%, just one day after surpassing the 10% threshold, according to information recorded at the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Taking as a reference the closing price on the stock market of the online travel agency this Thursday, at 5.66 euros (-0.88%), the block of around 10.6 million shares that the American financial giant controls would reach a value close to 60 million euros.
In detail, the North American entity indirectly holds 5.233% through voting rights linked to shares (6.1 million titles), while the remaining 3.948% is structured through various financial instruments.
Within this portfolio of financial instruments, Goldman Sachs concentrates 3.358% through securities lending ("securities lending") --with 3.88 million voting rights-- and an additional 0.59% through cash-settled financial swaps ("swaps") with different maturities.
