The investment funds Inveready and Mayoral have taken control of Parlem after the shareholders' meeting gave the green light this Friday to the capitalization of the debt that the operator had with both groups, as sources from the company told Europa Press this Saturday.
The meeting supported the debt capitalization operation with more than 99% of favorable votes, also counting on the support of the founder of the firm, Ernest Pérez-Mas.
Likewise, all points included in the agenda were approved, among them the capital increase through which the conversion of the debt into shares was materialized.
