Level plans to stop operating its connections from Barcelona Airport to Boston and Los Angeles (United States) starting in October, coinciding with the start of the winter season, as reported by La Vanguardia and confirmed by airline sources to Europa Press.

The company has attributed this measure to operational and efficiency reasons, and has indicated that it is prioritizing routes with "more consolidated, less seasonal demand and more resilient profitability" and reinforcing its positioning in markets with higher value and growth margin.

This measure is in addition to the one already announced by the company in mid-April, when it communicated the cut, starting this June, of several summer season flights to the United States, specifically to Boston, New York, and Los Angeles, in addition to the cancellation of the direct route between Barcelona and San Francisco.
