Segurma has announced a new line of activity aimed at independent certified installers, with which it plans to bring in around 200 collaborators over a three-year horizon. According to its internal forecasts, this additional network of partners could provide around 70,000 new customers to its current base.
The initiative, named Segurma Instaladores, offers these professionals access to the company’s technological infrastructure, its alarm receiving center (CRA), and its operational support, without them having to give up the autonomy of their businesses or the direct commercial relationship with their users, according to the information provided by the company.
The scheme takes as its reference the model of the mobile virtual network operators in the telecommunications sector and aims to give installers advanced technological and operational capabilities, preventing them from having to make large outlays or set up new in-house structures. The company estimates that, thanks to its economies of scale, the profitability of these businesses could increase by up to 30%.
The official presentation took place at the facilities of its supplier Hikvision, at a meeting with installers from the Community of Madrid led by Segurma’s commercial director, Iñaki Morteruel. The event was also attended by the executive chairman, Alfonso Gallardo; the general director, Javier Zorrilla; the person responsible for the indirect channel, Iñaki Rio, and the person responsible for the CRA area, Ricardo Pérez.
During the day, the company emphasized that the project is based on the idea of "we are not here to compete, we are here to add value". With this approach, it proposes signing commitments in writing to safeguard the installers’ portfolios and ensures that its users will receive the same level of service as Segurma’s own customers.
Access to the CRA and advanced digital solutions
The proposal is structured into four blocks of services—basic, premium, operational, and technical—and includes, among the solutions already available or planned, connection to the CRA, connectivity via SIM cards, video verification, video analytics, fire detection, and specialized technical support. The central operates 24 hours a day throughout the year and has UNE-EN 50518 certification, as the company details.
Segurma also highlights its investments in artificial intelligence to process the signals received and identify patterns that help detect incidents and move toward a more predictive and preventive security model.
In addition, it will place in the hands of installers an application for technicians called SBN, along with notification and report generation tools. This solution makes it possible to manage the entire cycle of a breakdown, from receiving the alert and assigning jobs to recording the actions and closing the incident. The service will be complemented by technical support both remotely and on site.
Gradual rollout and expansion of services until 2027
The company plans to implement this new line progressively and strengthen its catalog in the coming months, incorporating new equipment and services solutions throughout 2027.
According to data provided by Segurma, its alarm receiving hub has gone from 5,407 connections in 2017 to surpass 70,000 in 2025. Of these, around 5,000 connections come from independent installers, an activity that has served as the basis for shaping the new proposal.
With more than 40 years of experience and a workforce of more than 400 professionals, Segurma integrates Instaladores as its third line of business, which is added to the divisions of Home and Business, and Company.
