The Alternative Fixed Income Market (MARF) has given the green light to the incorporation into trading of a new promissory note program from Seresco, with a maximum volume of 20 million euros, as communicated this Thursday by Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME).

Thanks to this program, the technology company will be able to launch issuances of promissory notes with terms ranging from three days to 24 months, and a minimum nominal amount of 100,000 euros per title.

Seresco expects that this tool will provide it with greater flexibility in obtaining resources and allow it to strengthen its financial position to advance in the goals set in its Strategic Plan 2026-2028.

Renta 4 Banco will act as the placement entity and payment agent for the program. BME emphasizes that Seresco thus becomes the sixth listed company in BME's growth markets that diversifies its sources of financing and strengthens its financial structure through access to the MARF.

Founded in 1969 and specialized in technological solutions for companies, Seresco has been listed on BME Growth since December 2022. The company recorded a consolidated turnover of 56.3 million euros and an adjusted Ebitda of more than 10 million euros in 2025.

The Strategic Plan 2026-2028 of the firm aims to exceed a turnover of 84 million euros and achieve an adjusted Ebitda of 13.5 million in 2028, relying on organic growth, inorganic operations through selective acquisitions, and greater international presence.

Last Monday, Seresco activated its first Promissory Note Program in the MARF, with a maximum outstanding balance set at 20 million euros.

The incorporation into the MARF "represents a natural step in the evolution of Seresco as a listed company and reinforces our commitment to a solid and diversified financial structure," declared then its CEO, Carlos Suárez.
