The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has unleashed this Tuesday a true avalanche of messages on his social media to show his support for Republican aspirants in the midterm legislative elections, the 'midterms', which are being held throughout the day and in which the Republican Party is playing to retain control of both chambers of Congress.

In just around an hour, the American president has shared dozens of posts supporting Republicans who are competing for seats in the Senate and in the House of Representatives, calling many of them "MAGA warriors" and also taking the opportunity to lash out at their Democratic opponents.

These messages were launched when only a few hours remained before the polls opened in these midterm elections, in which one third of the Senate and all of the House of Representatives --currently under Republican Party control-- are renewed, and which also serve as a plebiscite on the level of support for Trump himself.
