The general secretary of the PP, Miguel Tellado, has denounced this Thursday that the president of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, "has bought" the second vice president and minister of Labor and Social Economy, Yolanda Díaz, through a proposal linked to the International Labor Organization (ILO) in exchange for the "silence" of Sumar regarding the alleged corruption cases that affect the Executive and the PSOE.
Moncloa has disseminated this Thursday a statement in which it announces that the Government has decided to propose Yolanda Díaz as a candidate for the general direction of the International Labor Organization. The head of the Executive himself, Pedro Sánchez, has spread the news on his account on the social network 'X', where he has stated that it is an "honor" to make this candidacy public.
For Tellado, it is the "price that Yolanda Díaz has set to cover up Sánchez's corruption." "This makes everything easier to understand," he has stated in a message on the social network 'X' reported by Europa Press.
"She had a price" and a "lucrative exit" from the Government
In a subsequent interview on 'Telencico', the PP leader has insisted on this idea and has recalled that weeks ago they already asked Yolanda Díaz in Congress "what else had to happen for her to leave this Government of corruption."
"And the reality is that now we understand everything. Sánchez has bought Yolanda Díaz by offering her a position in the ILO in exchange for her support for this Government to remain in the coming months," he has assured.

After the approval in Les Corts Valencianes of the regional budgets agreed by PP and Vox, which incorporate the concept of 'national priority' into the law, Tellado has emphasized that there will be "no fissures in the defense of national priority between the Popular Party and Vox."
He has explained that the national priority included in the government agreements of PP and Vox in Extremadura, Aragón, Castilla y León, and Andalucía "is nothing more than prioritizing the attachment of people when accessing public services."
"That is what we have agreed upon, that is what we defend, that is what seems reasonable to us," he emphasized, pointing out that it is a criterion that "many governments have already applied over the last decades in our country," and he mentioned Patxi López as an example when he was "lehendakari in the Basque Country."
The possible return of Puigdemont and the Budgets
Questioned about whether he believes the time has come for former Catalan president Carles Puigdemont to return to Spain, the general secretary of the PP responded that "that has to be decided by the Justice in accordance with the current legality."
