The president of the Parlament de Catalunya, Josep Rull, has shown his regret over the accident between two high-speed trains that occurred in Urda (Toledo), where "We continue with great anguish following the information that arrives to learn about the evolution and scope of the tragedy".
In a message published this Wednesday on the social network 'X', Rull has pointed out that he feels "affected by the fatal accident" recorded after the collision of an AVE with an Iryo on the Madrid-Seville line.
Likewise, he has wanted to recognize the work of the teams working in the area and "We extend our thanks to the emergency services that are working to attend to the victims and affected people", he has emphasized.
