The Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, Félix Bolaños, has filed a civil lawsuit against the alleged facilitator of the 'Koldo case', the businessman Víctor de Aldama, considering his right to honor to have been injured after he falsely stated in various media and social networks that he had contacted him to bribe him and "buy his silence".
The legal action, initiated by 'Eldiario.es' and confirmed by Europa Press, was filed last Friday before the Civil Section of the Court of First Instance of Madrid, once the alleged commissioner testified in the trial of the 'mask case' before the Supreme Court. In that appearance, Aldama pointed to the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, and not to Bolaños, as "number one" within an alleged criminal organization with a hierarchical structure.
In the lawsuit filing, Bolaños requests that Aldama be condemned for the "falsehoods" he spreads through the media and his social media profiles, "without any proof or foundation", and with "an evident spurious purpose" aimed, according to him, at trying to implicate him "in matters with which he has no relation whatsoever".
The Minister of Justice underlines that he has never had any conversation with Aldama nor has he had personal dealings with him, nor with his communications manager. He also recalls that the businessman only exhibits as "sole evidence" a photograph taken at a birthday party of former minister José Luis Ábalos.
For all these reasons, Bolaños demands that the alleged commissioner refrain in the future from making statements in the same vein, whether in the media, digital platforms, or any other channel. Furthermore, he asks that he be ordered to disseminate the court's ruling, prominently on the social network 'X', and to pay 70,000 euros "as compensation for damages, plus any legally accrued interest".
