A beach day ended in tragedy in the Valencian town of Oliva. Four people have died by drowning, including two minors aged 11 and 14, on Aigua Morta beach, as confirmed by sources from the Information and Coordination Center for Emergencies (CICU).

The notice was received around 10:05 AM on Saturday, when emergency services were alerted to several bathers in distress in the water. A SAMU unit was dispatched to the scene, whose medical team could only confirm the deaths of the four victims.

Among the deceased are two children aged 11 and 14, as well as a 52-year-old woman and a man whose age has not yet been disclosed. The exact circumstances of the event are being investigated, although everything points to an episode of multiple drowning.
