Kutxabank has launched a new campaign aimed at young people under 18 years old, which rewards with 50 euros net the registration of new clients who are linked to grassroots sports and social projects. These initiatives are initially driven by 1,000 clubs and associations, a number that will progressively incorporate more entities. The incentive will be credited immediately to the accounts of the new young clients.
To receive this bonus, minors who register must go to a Kutxabank office, indicate the club or association they belong to, and contract a Gaztedi Account or a Gaztedi Plan. The campaign will be available until November 20, as detailed by the entity in a statement.
New clients who take advantage of this promotion will be able to enjoy the specific conditions that Kutxabank offers to minors under 18 years old. These include bizum for minors from 12 years old, with limits adapted to each age group for sending and receiving money; access to online banking with parental control for young people between 12 and 17 years old; and the Debit Korner card, which allows for payments and cash withdrawals abroad without currency exchange fees, except for those that may be applied by the owner of the ATM.
Along with financial services, young people will have access to the proposals of the Gaztedi activity program, aimed at a youth audience. This program includes English camps and stays abroad, thematic campuses, sports and nature activities throughout the year, as well as workshops on robotics, science, programming, and different digital experiences.
To benefit from the campaign, minors must not have been clients of Kutxabank in the six months prior to contracting and must maintain their relationship with the entity for a minimum period of 12 months.
