Naturgy will make this Thursday the payment of a dividend of 0.60 euros per share, which translates into a total outlay of 582 million euros among its shareholders charged to the results of 2026.

With this payment, the group led by Francisco Reynés consolidates its shareholder remuneration policy. This is the second of the three payments planned to reach an overall remuneration of 1.80 euros per title charged to 2026, strengthening its commitment to stable and competitive returns for its investors.

At current stock market prices, this dividend implies a yield of more than 6%, which increases the company’s appeal to its more than 73,000 shareholders.

Naturgy’s recent performance continues to receive support from the market. In recent months, various analysts and investment banks have revised upward their valuations of the leading gas company and the third electricity company in Spain, backed by its solid financial position and its ability to continue investing.

Since the presentation of the third-quarter results, on October 29, a total of seven research firms have increased the company’s target price.

Naturgy obtained net profit of 1,758 million euros in the first nine months of the year, which represents an increase of 5.4% compared with the same period of the previous year. Likewise, the company revised upward its targets for the full year and expects record earnings of around 2,200 million euros and EBITDA of more than 5,600 million euros in 2026.

Consensus currently places the target price for the energy company at 31.3 euros per share, approximately 6% above the current quotation, already adjusted by the second dividend. Also, 91% of the analysts who follow the company recommend buying or holding its shares.
