Pronovias has announced the start of a new strategic phase in which it will prioritize the development of its own stores and franchises, along with international expansion, after the Commercial Court number 9 of Barcelona approved the sale of the firm to the CAP Capital fund, as the company details this Monday in a statement.
The bridal fashion firm has set a goal to enhance the shopping experience, update the boutique model, and accelerate its expansion outside of Spain "from a more solid, close, and connected commercial network with the needs of brides."
Within this roadmap, the company places among its priorities the reinforcement of its presence in the American market and the consolidation of its position in Europe, in addition to promoting a project supported by technology and artificial intelligence that allows the integration of "inspiration, personalized advice, customer knowledge, and commercial capabilities."
Pronovias sources emphasize that its purpose is "to be closer to brides, offer an increasingly personalized experience, and continue expanding" the group's activity in strategic markets such as the United States.
The company remarks that this new cycle begins with "a long-term vision, combining stability, operational discipline, and growth ambition" as pillars for the next stage of development.
