The hotel group Radisson has launched the Radisson RED Innsbruck, its first establishment in the Tirol region. The hotel is integrated into the mixed-use complex DAS RAIQA, a development driven by Raiffeisen-Landesbank Tirol that brings together in the same space banking services, retail, art, and gastronomic proposals.

The hotel's location is key, as it is located a few minutes from both the central station and the historic center of Innsbruck.

Sustainability has guided the entire project, with the use of 1,600 cubic meters of regionally sourced wood that functions as a carbon sink. Thanks to a social urban mining strategy, materials from the old structure were reused, which allowed an estimated saving of 150 tons of CO2 emissions. Likewise, the property is supplied with geothermal energy and has groundwater management systems for climate control.

The hotel offers 161 rooms in which untreated wood is the main element. On the ninth floor is LOFT9, a restaurant and bar with panoramic views of the Nordkette mountain range.

Also oriented to the corporate client, the establishment has more than 400 square meters dedicated to events, including the Saal Friedrich room, with capacity for 220 attendees, and an alpine-urban style terrace.

According to the group's management, Innsbruck represents the ideal market for the brand due to its high demand for business tourism and its direct connection with the natural environment, positioning the hotel as a social and professional hub since its launch.
