Rina, through its subsidiary Rina Prime Value Services, has completed the acquisition of the appraiser and real estate valuation firm Gloval, thereby launching a reference platform in Europe that manages and values assets worth over 25 billion euros, as detailed by the company in a statement.
After this acquisition, the strategic plan of Rina Prime Value Services aims to exceed 200 million euros in revenue by 2030, relying on the expansion of its service portfolio, the integration of different business lines, and the promotion of the digital transformation of the platform.
The roadmap of Rina prioritizes unifying and connecting the digital platforms that support the valuation processes, technical services, and data analysis, with the goal of gaining efficiency and scaling its activity in the European market.
"We have decided to invest in Spain because the residential market continues to show a solid evolution and, in different segments, presents a more favorable behavior than that of other European countries, with double-digit increases in the value of assets in major cities even during the last year," justified the CEO of Rina, Ugo Salerno.
