Union of Mortgage Credits (UCI), the 'joint venture' participated by Banco Santander and BNP Paribas, has appointed Natividad Sierra as the new independent advisor of its board of directors, current director of the Alternative Assets area of the manager Dunas Capital.

Before joining Dunas Capital, she developed much of her professional career, for nearly 25 years, at Corpfin Capital, where she served as director of Investments, partner, and head of Investor Relations and ESG. Throughout her career, she has also been part of the boards of directors of Grupo Alco and Futura International Airways, in addition to her previous experience at Apax Partners and BNP Paribas.

In June, Catalina Mejía García, financial director of Banco Santander Spain, and Ahlam Lamzaouek, head of Strategy of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, joined the Board of Directors as non-executive advisors.
