At least two Palestinians have lost their lives this Friday in the south of the Gaza Strip after an attack by the Israeli Army against a vehicle, despite the ceasefire agreed in October 2025 as part of the United States proposal regarding the future of the coastal enclave.
According to the newspaper "Filastin," a man identified as Ibrahim Faiuzi Mohsen has died and several people have been injured in a bombing carried out by Israeli forces near a cemetery in Al Zawaida, in the center of the Gaza Strip.
Likewise, another attack has struck a vehicle near the entrance of the Uijan displaced persons camp, on the outskirts of the city of Jan Yunis, in the south of the territory, leaving several injured, according to data released by the official Palestinian news agency WAFA.
The Israeli Army has not provided explanations regarding these specific actions, although it has announced in recent days the death of two alleged members of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in different bombings, including one responsible for channeling funding to the Palestinian Islamist group.
For its part, the authorities of the Gaza Strip, under Hamas control, estimate that more than 1,400 Palestinians have died due to Israeli attacks since the ceasefire began to be implemented, while the total death toll since the start of the offensive launched after the attacks of October 7, 2023 exceeds 73,925 people.
