Unlike the report obtained through the retirement simulator, this document is limited to collecting two pieces of data: the ordinary age that corresponds to the worker and the day on which they will reach that age.
How to download the legal retirement age report
To obtain the document, you must access the portal Your Social Security and locate the option «Legal retirement age report», within the «Other procedures» section.
The procedure is as follows:

Identify yourself using the code that the service sends via SMS to the mobile phone registered with Social Security.

Once the process is completed, download the report with the ordinary retirement age and the date on which it is reached.
In cases where the calculation depends on additional circumstances, such as having children or a disability, the report must be obtained through the retirement pension simulator. In that scenario, first the simulation must be carried out and then select the option «Legal retirement age report», along with the download of the report in PDF.
What is this document for?
The report allows you to certify to a company or a third party when the ordinary retirement age is reached without having to provide other personal or economic data.
