The deputy general secretary of Education and Equality of the PP, Jaime de los Santos, urged this Saturday in Zaragoza to "take Pedro Sánchez out of the institutions," whom he described as "the worst president that the Spanish democracy has ever had."

Before traveling to the AMASOL association, De los Santos emphasized that "stealing money that belongs to everyone, public money, can have consequences, and not investing in an outstanding way in something as extraordinarily important as the rail network can end up with lives," referring to the 115 deaths in the accidents in Adamuz (Córdoba) and Urda (Toledo), which "ended many dreams, many lives and, above all, the joy of many families."

In this context, he defended that now "it is time for a Spain that recovers respect for institutions, for public services, a Spain in which politicians are good," stressing that "this is not about PP versus PSOE," but "Spain versus Pedro Sánchez."

Regarding the management of the head of the central Executive, he reproached that in four years he has not presented the General State Budgets, something which, he warned, "can also end with the lives of many people."

Likewise, he recalled that Sánchez returned to the PSOE general secretariat "in a Peugeot accompanied by four men: José Luis Ábalos, with 24 years of a final conviction; Koldo García, with 19 years of imprisonment; Santos Cerdán, who now has several judges pursuing his alleged robberies; and even the driver of that car is being investigated for bite marks."

De los Santos also accused the socialists of having increased taxes on numerous occasions: "they have raised taxes 140 times; 200,000 million euros more in revenue in the last year and not a single improvement to public services," he denounced, criticizing that, despite this, "of course, many advisers, almost a thousand in La Moncloa, making up jokes while the women of Ceuta suffer the consequences of an invasion that put our entire country at risk."

In his opinion, those advisers "have time to make reflections on how the 100 seats that seemed about to be lost after the Urda accident are more important and not the 115 dead in rail accidents on the same line that links Madrid and Seville."

For the popular leader, "all of this has a common denominator, Pedro Sánchez", insisting that "Spain deserves much more; it has to bring down that wall that he warned in 2023 that he would build to divide us among Spaniards that he considers are good and those that it seems we are not so much".

He has reiterated that "Spain does not want walls, Spain does not want its streets to burn, Spain does not want socialist youth like those in A coruña generating violence", but rather that "Spain, whoever it votes for, what it wants is peace; what it wants is to be able to walk around its streets, through its cities, and know that there is a Government that protects it, that will be capable of giving an answer to its problems".

Finally, he has cited as an example the management in the Aragonese community: "In Aragon, when a neighbor needs a response for any of their problems, they have a president like Azcón, who will always be willing to wear himself out, precisely so that citizens do not have to; they have a mayor like Chueca, who is never going to dedicate even a single second to anything other than improving the lives of those who live in this wonderful city", he concluded.
