Galicia will participate in a new edition of the San Sebastián Gastronómika fair, where the Xunta will give visibility to Galician food products from the rural area.
According to the details provided by the regional government, those products backed by differentiated quality seals and from the marine sector will be especially promoted. In this event, which will take place from October 5 to 7, the departments of Rural Environment and Sea will have their own stand where 14 companies from the food sector will be present.
The Galicia exhibitor will have a classroom dedicated to tastings and samplings, conceived as a meeting point to highlight the variety of Galician agri-food products with differentiated quality, as well as those from the sea.
In addition, a specific program of activities will be developed to disseminate "the characteristics, quality, and gastronomic potential of these products with quality seal".
