The Vox candidate for Congress for Zaragoza in the general elections of 29 November, Carmen Rouco, has pointed out this Saturday, at an event held in Utebo, that there are barely 22 days left to "throw out the corrupt, mafioso and traitorous Government of Pedro Sánchez." In her speech, she held the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, responsible for "being the boss who has destroyed public services, healthcare and education."

During her speech, Rouco insisted that Sánchez is "number 1 of the mafia" and "the capo who has left our young people without housing and has destroyed healthcare, education and the rail infrastructures." As an alternative, she demanded "common sense so that security, prosperity and freedom return."

The Vox representative focused on the state of the railway after "two very serious railway accidents with 116 dead," also mentioning the regional line between Pamplona and Zaragoza, with a stop in Utebo. She described this connection as a route "used by hundreds of travelers every day, who suffer a dreadful service, with delays, overcrowding and situations at certain times of certain days where even though they have a ticket, there are passengers who have to go on the floor."

Rouco denounced that "corruption kills" and attributed the deterioration of the rail service "to neglect, of corruption, as a consequence of diverting the money that should have gone into renewing the security systems and rail tracks into bribes, into company ‘servants’ or into politicizing the management of Adif with socialist positions and ignoring the warnings about the risks of the system that existed years ago."

Regarding proposals, the candidate defended the implementation of the "remigration policies, national priority and deregulation in the Government of Spain, as we are already doing in the Government of Aragón." In her view, "mass immigration clogs public services, clogs healthcare and the housing market; where already 5 million people have entered during the last 5 years, in a period in which barely 500,000 homes have been built." For this reason, she asked for "not to romanticize poverty," recalling that "where there used to be a house, a car and work; now the left offers unemployment, a zulo and a bike lane."

Rouco has also shown his opposition to overseas cooperation grants by considering that "we must cooperate with our own, with those at home", and he has celebrated that in the 2027 budget of the Government of Aragón "money for abroad is left at 0 euros, in order to increase to 145 million euros the care in benefits for dependency for more than 52,000 people with a recognized degree of dependency in Aragón".

In the social sphere, he has denounced as "cruel and perverse" that "the Government of Spain brought out an ELA law that did not fund it, while Vox in the regional executive has published in the BOA the aid for both ELA patients in residences and at homes".

On the other hand, Santiago Morón has emphasized that "Vox goes out to win these elections to apply 100% of our policies." He has stressed that "Santiago Abascal runs for the presidency of the Government, not for the vice presidency", and he has warned about the need to "not get complacent, because Sánchez is capable of anything and the worst of Sánchez is always yet to come".
