The Official State Gazette (BOE) of this Tuesday, August 25, includes news in labor, energy, public employment, and Social Security matters. Among the main provisions, the publication of the XIV Collective Agreement of Aceites del Sur-Coosur and the authorization of a new battery storage system in Utrera stand out.
The edition also includes an agreement for the transfer of information on affiliation between Social Security and the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands, in addition to new public employment calls in different administrations.
New collective agreement for Aceites del Sur-Coosur
The General Directorate of Labor registers and publishes the XIV Collective Agreement of Aceites del Sur-Coosur, SA.
The official publication incorporates the new collective agreement of the company into the BOE, which establishes the labor framework applicable to its staff in the terms outlined in the text of the agreement.
Authorized a battery system of 28.37 MW in Utrera
The Ministry for Ecological Transition grants Bianor Solar the prior administrative authorization and construction for the battery storage module "Bianor", with an installed power of 28.37 MW.
The installation will be located in Utrera, Seville, and will be hybridized with the existing Bianor photovoltaic solar park, which has an installed power of 33 MW. The resolution also authorizes its evacuation infrastructure.
Social Security and Balearic Islands will share information on affiliation
The BOE publishes an agreement between the National Institute of Social Security, the General Treasury of Social Security, and the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands for the transfer of information on affiliation.
The agreement establishes the framework for collaboration between the administrations for the exchange of this data within their respective competencies.
New public employment calls
The edition includes new calls to fill positions in local administrations. Among them are processes published by the Provincial Council of Granada, the Ría de Arousa North Commonwealth, the City Council of Fuente de Cantos, and the City Council of Colmenarejo.
Several calls from the Complutense University of Madrid for access to positions in university teaching bodies also appear.
The BOE publishes new collective agreements
In addition to the agreement of Aceites del Sur-Coosur, the official journal registers and publishes the Collective Agreement of Imerys Diatomite Alicante, SA.
Both resolutions incorporate into the BOE the texts of the labor agreements reached in their respective companies.
CaixaBank, CAF, and Sener collaborate with the Spanish embassies
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs publishes several agreements for the celebration of the National Day of Spain in different countries.
Among them are agreements from the Embassy of Spain in Egypt with CAF Egypt for Transportation Systems and Sener Egypt, as well as an agreement from the Embassy of Spain in Singapore with CaixaBank.
New actions and contracts from the Administration
The announcements section includes contracts and actions from different public bodies. Among them is the formalization of a framework agreement for the supply of three anti-missile defense systems for Navy ships and a contract to draft the construction project for a logistics accommodation intended for troop and crew personnel in Madrid.
Contracts related to the update of satellite communication terminals, the supply of fire hoses for Navy ships, and new actions from other public administrations are also published.
