The acting judge of seat number 2 of the Civil and Investigating Section of the Court of Instance of Catarroja (Valencia), on duty, has ordered this Saturday the remand in provisional prison, communicated and without the possibility of bail for the arrested man in the town of Alfafar for his alleged involvement with the group 'Blocus'.
According to the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV), this young man is being investigated for an alleged offense of membership in a criminal group aimed at the mobilization or inducement of third parties to commit offenses of public disorder, theft with force in establishments open to the public, and intentional damage both to urban furniture and to private property, without prejudice to a later legal classification.
The remand in provisional prison of this alleged member of 'Blocus' is added to that also agreed this Saturday by the duty magistrate of Torrent for the alleged ringleader or founder of this movement in Spain, as the Valencian High Court recalls.
