Civitatis has reinforced its agreement with Disney Destinations by integrating tickets for Walt Disney World Resort Orlando into its catalog of activities. This expansion of the agreement, which already included Disneyland Paris, will allow Spanish and Portuguese-speaking travelers to manage their reservations for Disney experiences in Europe and the United States from a single platform.

The collaboration between Civitatis and Disneyland Paris registered a 47% increase in park-related bookings in 2025 compared to the previous year. The company has indicated that this extension of the agreement responds to the surge in demand for offerings linked to major international tourist hubs.

The General Manager of Disney Destinations for Spain and Portugal, Tiago Santos, has emphasized that the incorporation of Walt Disney World Resort represents "a natural step" to bring Disney destinations closer to travelers and offer a simple and quality booking experience.

For his part, the CEO of Civitatis, Andrés Spitzer, has stressed that Walt Disney World Orlando represents "much more than a visit to a theme park" and that adding this complex allows them to advance in the goal of concentrating international experiences on a single platform.

Families lead bookings at Disneyland Paris

According to Civitatis data, families constitute the main customer profile booking experiences at Disneyland Paris, accounting for approximately 60% of total transactions. Couples also maintain a significant presence among park visitors.

The company further details that Spanish travelers who booked activities in Paris increased by 8.1% in 2025 compared to the previous year, while bookings specifically linked to Disneyland Paris rose by 47%.

Orlando consolidates its appeal among Civitatis users

In the United States, Orlando has also shown favorable growth among the platform's users, with a 45.1% increase in bookings during the first half of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025. This advance comes mainly from markets such as Brazil, Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, and Costa Rica.

With this data, Walt Disney World Resort Orlando becomes part of Civitatis's offering as one of the destination's major attractions, along with other new features announced in its parks, such as the renovation of "Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin" at Magic Kingdom Park and the transformation of "Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets".
