"We are pleased to announce our third consecutive quarter of record profits in 2026," celebrated Christian Sewing, CEO of Deutsche Bank, who highlighted the strong growth in the volume of loans and deposits.
"The RoTE for the first nine months of 2026 improved to 11.5%, with all four businesses exceeding 12%. This performance positions us to meet our 2026 objectives and reinforces our confidence that we have the potential to exceed our RoTE target of 13% by 2028," he added.
For the whole of 2026, Deutsche Bank expects to exceed 33.000 billion euros in revenues, while expecting non-financial expenses to remain in line with the roadmap, combining investment and improvement of operational efficiency. Likewise, the bank anticipates solid operational performance after chaining nine months of record profits.
