Deutsche Bank, as the sole shareholder of Deutsche Bank Spain, has agreed to the appointment of Tsvetanka Nankova as the new non-executive director of the Spanish subsidiary, as stated in a statement sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

Nankova currently holds the position of managing director at the entity in Germany and is the global head of Sales for "trade finance" and international cash, a position she occupies after a 10-year career in the group. Before joining Deutsche Bank, she held various responsible positions at Wells Fargo.

Following this incorporation, the board of directors of Deutsche Bank Spain is now made up of 12 members. It includes the chairman, Antonio Rodríguez-Pina; the CEO, Íñigo Martos; the directors Christian Nolting, María González-Adalid, Miriam González-Amézqueta, Sonsoles Seoane, Francesca Dalla Giovana, Christian Berendes, and Ben Turnbull; as well as the non-director secretary, Nieves Estévez, and the non-director deputy secretary, Aurora López-Barrajón.
